PICKUP PROCEDURE AT METRO AIRPORT (DTW)

Remember: Service is by reservation only.

Effective August 1, 2010, we will adhere strictly to the guidelines, rules and fees established by the Wayne Country Airport Authority. Upon your arrival at Metro Airport, your Driver may be located in the baggage area of your airline, holding a sign with your name on it. The Airport Authority has designated a particular location for the Drivers to wait in each baggage area.

Unfortunately, the Airport Authority also demands a ten dollar ($10.00) fee for each pickup made at the Airport. While our rates for transportation remain unchanged, it is now necessary to add this $10.00 fee to the charge for each pickup at Metro Airport. In keeping with the historic anti-business environment of both Michigan and Wayne County, we do not expect this situation to change in the foreseeable future.

As always, your Driver will be aware of the status of your flight, so we have no time limit (nor extra charge) for delayed flights. However, if for any reason you are not on the flight for which you have reserved a Car, please be sure and inform our office by dialing 1-800-TRUST US at your earliest convenience, but more than 2 hours ahead of time in any case. Again, you do not need to notify us of delayed flights, only changed or cancelled reservations.

Because all reservations are guaranteed, you will incur a service charge for any reservation not cancelled with more than 2 hours advance notice.
